Food is good. Had issues with their gift card system several times. There are times they run out of items also.Tacos are great though.
Excellent food and service. Never had a bad meal in 18 years.
Love this little place! Great food, very friendly staff. Definitely would recommend !!
The waitresses were slow and not friendly. The restaurant was VERY hot and uncomfortable.
Great food great prices
I have always enjoyed La Hacienda since it first opened. Overall, the atmosphere doesn't suggest a gourmet experience, but the food is consistently good. The menu is not especially daring, but adequate. I'm here twice a month on average: try the chimichangas!
The buffet is amazing amazing and the atmosphere is comfortable.
Blessed and happy
Food is great clean and friendly atmosphere
Nice little lunch buffet.
Great place to eat.Buffet is real good.good service.😃
Can't decide which is better the service or the food. When your wife agrees with you... it's good.
Got food poisining from this place.
Love the lunch taco buffet
Best Mexican lunch buffet
Absolutely fantastic food. Authentic and true to how it should be. Great staff as well
Loved the food great place to socialize
Had some nasty food
Good food great staff
Great food good service! Steak taco salad was to die for and Chile relleno was delicious!
Could've been better a lot left on the table
Decent food
Garbage food, garbage service, and garbage establishment. I would have better luck finding edible food eating at it's burned down remains.
I have been eating Mexican food with this family for about 24 years. It is my favorite place in Kenosha I would go nowhere else for Mexican. The quality is reliable staff is friendly and the diet Pepsi is also bubbly thank you to the Perez Family
Great food
Quaint little restaurant with great food.
Staff was a little slow and there were many open tables. Food was quite bland for being Mexican.Leftovers were better the next day cold.
Loved and much frequented by locals, it serves up traditional favorites and some authentic dishes. Great staff and service. There is an all you can eat buffet, too. Parking gets a bit tight when this place is crowded.PS: Unfortunately, this restaurant is permanently closed. It's sister restaurant, El Sarape, on Kenosha's south side is open and serves similar menu as well as buffet.
The lunch buffet is good. Could offer more variety
Consistent buffet offerings and, usually, fast service.
We think it's a great little place to eat.
Our favorite Mexican resturant the buffet is great.
The lunch buffet is excellent.
Love the grilled veggie burrito!
First of all, nobody likes beer caps in their already stale chips. I've heard La Hacienda had some great food. If it did they failed to prove it. My Chicken Torta was mediocre to say the least. My partner's nachos were extremely soggy drowned with real fake cheese, barely any rice, fake guacamole out of a bag. At one point I wanted to run back in the kitchen and teach the cooks how to prepare a nice Mexican dish.Decor was alright, didn't really feel like a fiesta in there.Service was great and very attentive to our needs.
Would've been nice for them to tell us buffet was only til 2
